In Utah, the view often sells the home. Drone photography shows what ground photos can’t: the size of the lot, the backyard and pool from above, how close the home sits to trails and parks, and the mountains behind it.
All aerial work is flown by our sister company, 801 Aerial, with an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot. For land and lot listings, we can add property line overlays so buyers see exactly what they’re getting.

Common questions
Is your drone pilot licensed?
Yes. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot through our sister company, 801 Aerial, which the FAA requires for any commercial drone work, including real estate.
What if the weather is bad?
We don’t fly in high wind, rain, or poor visibility. If weather forces a change, we reschedule the aerial portion at no extra charge.
